Selecting the Customer Communication Preference

After you have set up Customer Communication settings in your profile, you can select the customer's communication preference in the Contacts tab of the workfile. Preferences you can select include blank, Text, Email, and Call. When you select the Call option, the Call Plan field is enabled. Select the call plan option from the droplist.

To select the customer communication preference

  1. Open the workfile.
  2. Select the Contacts tab if it is not already displayed.
  3. Select the communications preference from the Comm. Preference droplist.
  4. Select a call plan from the Call Plan droplist.
  5. Select Save or Save and Close.
